Since moving to San Diego, she has worked for La Valencia Hotel's "Sky Room" in La Jolla and the Westgate Hotel in downtown San Diego. In addition to her work as a personal chef and cooking instructor, Chef Jacki is also busy working on her cookbook.

Great cooking starts with fresh ingredients. We go to great lengths to find the best and most authentic products available and utilize several purveyors for seafood, beef, lamb, pork, poultry, and fresh produce, including, Whole Foods Markets, Trader Joe's, and a number of seasonal farmers markets certified by the Farm Bureau of San Diego County.
Chef Jacki’s Asian heritage also gives her an advantage when shopping for special ingredients in San Diego’s Asian neighborhoods. She knows her way around ethnic markets like Mitsuwa Market Place, 99 Ranch and other lesser known Asian markets where her knowledge of the culture and specialty ingredients pays off for her clients.
